You need to have a car to go to other cities or buy a bus ticket at reception. Clean and well-accommodated place but with animals/insects. Right in the middle of the forest. Very good restaurant.

We loved it, the attention to information is extraordinary and for the first time in our language!!! It is a beautiful forest with good shade and sun for whoever wants it, the bathrooms are MAGNIFICENT and have good sinks for dishes or clothes and 2 washing machines and a dryer, Wifi included in the price 34 euros per day, the truth is very good! !! The Restaurant is fantastic and the food was exquisite, the waitress treated us wonderfully!! So we are delighted, the Bus to San Giminano leaves from the door of the campsite and the tickets are sold at reception, so it couldn't be better!!! SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!

Camping near the historic center (20 minutes on foot). We booked a mobile home with kitchen and parking space. The house itself, comfortable and quite clean, surrounded by greenery, BUT, immersed in the lower part of the campsite, so from the house to the reception (main road) the road is uphill and very steep (20% gradient) for us who had a stroller, we struggled a little! However, there are some stairs in the middle that cut the path. I advise the structure to provide golf carts for those who need to get on and off! It has a restaurant, which I recommend. Excellent prices.

We arrive with the camper and park in the blue area outside the campsite. No indication where to pay. My husband enters the campsite and asks for directions. This gentleman introduces himself and replied in a rather annoyed way and that before entering we had to ask... €39.00 for one night. Okay it's Easter... Cancelled

Stayed over the Easter period and it must be said that everything went ok. The mobile home as accommodation was small but at the same time functional and everything went well. I recommend it as a base for a trip between San Gimignano and Chianti

Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office.

Very kind staff, location not too far from the historic center. It's a shame for the prefabricated bungalows built in pairs: privacy and silence are impossible, not to mention that any movement you make in one of the two units shakes the whole block.

A couple of km after San Gimignano, on the Francigena, there is a campsite with well-furnished, comfortable and clean bungalows/containers. Furthermore there is the possibility of having dinner in the good internal restaurant-pizzeria. For that night I was happy with it, even with the price.
