I was recently a guest at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing in several respects. First, one of the most unpleasant things was the discovery of a mouse in the room. However, what made the situation even more frustrating was the behavior of the guy at the front desk the next day. Not only was he unhelpful, he was incredibly unprofessional in his handling of the situation. Secondly, on the booking site (Booking) some free discounts were indicated in the SPA. However, once on site, we discovered that these services were actually paid. This discrepancy between what was advertised online and reality was very disappointing and compromised the expectation of a relaxing stay with no hidden costs. Finally, a particularly unpleasant episode was when a friend locked herself in the bathroom at 11pm and the door got stuck. Unlike the front desk staff, the security guy was the only one to provide immediate assistance. This suggests that the property has maintenance issues, as a stuck door is a symptom of mechanical failure. Overall, the facility may be wonderful, but the staff is not attentive or professional. They demonstrated an unwillingness to handle problematic situations and provided unprofessional and even rude service on some occasions. These episodes have certainly negatively influenced my experience and makes me seriously reflect on the possibility of returning to this hotel or recommending it to other travellers.
