Lovely place to stay in San Gimignano.
Rooms are big, clean, with good air conditioner, bathroom very cozy, shower perfect.
"Living room" and kitchen comfortable, cozy, easy to use.
I loved this place, it was really beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful.
Only "downside" - there is no elevator, so consider that if you have heavy bags with you.
Altogether- this was the best place to stay

Sono stata con mio marito presso questa struttura il weekend scorso. Il Palazzo si trova in una traversa della via principale di San Gimignano quindi centralissimo, la via e' molto tranquilla e dalla nostra camera potevamo godere di una bella vista sulla vallata. La stanza era perfettamente pulita, ben arredata, in cucina la possibilita' di farsi il the oppure il caffe, letto comodissimo kit lenzuola ed asciugamani a disposizione. In bagno sapone per mani e bagnoschiuma, ciabattine e phon. Possibilita' di regolare il riscaldamento a proprio piacimento. E poi la proprietaria, la Signora Simona, di una gentilezza e disponibilita'davvero unica che ci ha consigliato su ristoranti e parcheggi oltre che sul da farsi. Ottimo fine settimana ad un prezzo decisamente modico!! Consigliatissimo

We really enjoyed our stay here.Tge host Simona is excellent.Very friendly welcome and lots of good advice about buses etc.The property is very well situated for the town amenities.We had an apartment with its own kitchen,fridge etc for drinks and breakfast food which was very useful.
