Ottima posizione, personale cortesissimo e disponibile. Camere belle e accogkienti unica "pecca" aver prenotato pensione completa e non averne potuto usufruire piuche non c era un numero congruo fi persone all interno dell'hotel per aprire rustirazione. Anche se, all'ultimo giirno, per un gruppo arrivato l'han fatta ma...a noi non è stata data possibilità. Ma....tutto è andato bene. Ci ritorneremo

Albergo pulito, dotato di garage coperto, elegante. Siamo stati con mio marito per Pasqua quattro giorni in pensione completa e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Personale sempre disponibile. Un particolare grazie al personale di sala che ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste di cambiamento menu causa allergie.

Ho prenotato delle camere per gli ospiti del battesimo di mia figlia che abbiamo festeggiato presso il ristorante del Palace...e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Tutti si sono complimentati per la bellezza della location, la pulizia delle camere e l'ottima colazione a buffet che li ha deliziati prima del banchetto. Non è la prima volta che scegliamo l'Alihotels per i nostri eventi speciali...e come si suol dire, "si torna sempre dove si è stati bene"! Grazie a Luca per l'accoglienza e a tutto lo staff per le continue coccole! Alla prossima ❤️

Hotel molto bello al centro di San Giovanni Rotondo, comodissimo sia per visitare i luoghi dedicati a Padre Pio che i paesi limitrofi. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, colazione eccezionale. Parcheggio interno gratuito.

Soggiorno fantastico! Abbiamo prenotato con un gruppo di persone e ci siamo sentiti a casa.Personale alla reception e al ristorante molto accogliente,hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Camere pulitissime,saremmo stati altri giorni in più. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Hotel bellissimo personale gentilissimo in particolare la sig. Venera, molto cordiale. Hotel molto pulito, lo consiglio a tutti, non ve ne pentirete. Davvero vicino al santuario da San Pio, raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio a tutti l`ali hotel Palace.

Das ganze Hotel entspricht niemals einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Höchstens 2 Sterne für das gesamte Hotelkonzept. Sehr schlechte Infrastruktur, sehr dreckig und vor allem Bilder entsorechen nicht den tatsächlich erhaltenen Zimmer. Das Personal sollte vor allem noch geschult werden wie man mit 4 Sterne Gäste umgeht. Nie und nimmer zu empfehlen!!

Formula B&B 2 giorni. Struttura imponente dal punto di vista architettonico. Internamente in questo periodo Natalizio è molto bello da guardare. La camera scelta, una quadrupla con bagno in camera. Spazi ridotti in camera, personalmente divisa male, ma pulizia sufficiente, almeno per quello che abbiamo potuto notare. Il bagno dire che è piccolo... un eufemismo... Polvere in varie zone e porta guasta della doccia, se facevi la doccia si allagava il bagno, per 2 giorni, nonostante 2 bambine, abbiamo evitato. Chiesto intervento, dalla reception ci dicono che essendo giorni di festa, la manutenzione non è disponibile. Colazione da ampliare sicuramente, vista la grandezza della struttura, ma tutto sommato è sufficiente per quello che offrono. Al check-out ho pagato normalmente senza ribadire la problematica della doccia, al momento di consegnare la key, ho ricordato che c'era quel problema della doccia e l'espressione del receptionist è stata di amarezza totale. È un 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ótimo hotel, localização muito próxima a Catedral do Padre Pio. Quarto lindo. Atendimento na recepção nota 10. Só sentimos falta de opções para lanche ou jantar.
