Dopo un'esperienza negativa presso un'altra struttura, ci siamo trovati in questo hotel ed abbiamo pernottato 4 notti. Rifacimento della camera ogni giorno, struttura pulita e curata, di livello decisamente superiore rispetto alla media. Tra l'altro dotato di ristorante alla carta e con menù turistico. Si mangia abbastanza bene. Davvero complimenti!

hanno due strutture una superiore e una sita in una traversa. Abbiamo pernottatto in quella sita in una traversa, posizione tranquilla, hotel pulito sobrio, camere spaziose, tante con balconcino, ottimo cibo, cuoco bravissimo e paziente. Luigi, che effettua il servizio in sala, cerca di accontentare tutti, ci si sente a casa. Molto disponibile anche la sig.ra Arcangela. Porzioni abbondanti e ottima qualità. Lo consiglio.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal santuario. Hotel pulito ed iI prezzo pagato rispecchia i servizi forniti. È possibile mangiare a pranzo e cena a buon prezzo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Hotel fornito di parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze

Sono stata in quest'hotel con la mia famiglia...apparentemente sembrava un ottimo hotel , data la posizione...sinceramente non mi è piaciuto...partiamo dalla pulizia , scarsissima e molto molto superficiale, quando siamo arrivati la camera sembrava pulita ma non era così , sull' unico armadio che c'era ho trovato tantissima polvere , ciò vuol dire che non si puliva da mesi, a terra e sotto ai letti polvere , in bagno polvere su tutte le mattonelle e anche il termo arredo ....le copertine dei letti secondo me non le avevano cambiate...per non parlare degli infissi e delle persiane strapieni di polvere mai puliti secondo me....un 'altra nota negativa , la cena ,il cibo era discreto ma abbiamo pagato un botto tipo 70 euro per 2 cotolette 1 hamburger e 1 salsiccia ovviamente con patatine e insalata... un ulteriore nota dolente è stato il prezzo della camera la signorina telefonicamente mi disse che veniva 95 euro a notte quando è stato il momento di pagare se né sono presi 100....il personale però era molto garbato e gentile su questo non posso dire nulla , la colazione discreta...l'unica nota positiva è la posizione si raggiunge facilmente il santuario a piedi , giusto 5 minuti. Per il resto non credo che ci ritorneremo la pulizia è fondamentale e quest'hotel sc****ggiava di parecchio.

Abbiamo mangiato a questo bar/restaurant buona qualità personale un po’ distratto avevamo chiesto una pietanza arrivata un altra ma può andare L unica cosa che che mettono un po’ di fretta nel mangiare scendo tanti ospiti …e poi c’è troppo puzza di auto che devono fare la salita nel complesso un po’ latino il prezzo ma si mangia bene
