Posto di confort. Silenzioso, rilassante e riposante Ottima spa. Colazione varia e abbondante. Camere grandi, pulite e molto silenziose. Parcheggio grande. Personale gentile e professionale. Centro di Franvilla non lontano. Ingresso autostrade vicinissimo.

Die auf der angegeben Webseite des Hotels angeboten Zimmer entsprechen nicht der Realität oder werden dem Gast vorenthalten. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer der neueren Art, wie auf der Hotelseite beschrieben gebucht aber ein altes verwohntes Zimmer mit kaputtem Mobiliar erhalten. Trotz Beschwerde wurde uns ein gleich schlechtes Zimmer gegeben. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen war unmöglich, das es furchtbar nach Fäkalien riecht, wahrscheinlich eine Kläranlage. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war nicht zu regulieren und konstant 26 Grad. Man sprach kar kein Englisch oder nur sehr schlecht. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, trotz seiner schönen Lage. Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne, wie man die bekommt ist mir ein Rätsel.

Ho soggiornato per una notte con il mio ragazzo e mi è bastato! La spa niente di che, soprattutto la piscina più grande direi inutile non vi fate ingannare dalle foto. La cena compresa con il pernottamento immangiabile l’unica cosa che si salvava era il controfiletto di manzo (o qualcosa del genere). Tranquillità inesistente dato che a causa di una festa c’è stata una musica assordante che faceva tremare il pavimento spenta alle 00.40 di notte!! Ho anche sollecitato di abbassare o spegnere la musica dato che nel loro libro che trovate in camera di leggere di rispettare gli orari del silenzio soprattutto dalle 24.00 alle 8.00, insomma per essere un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più. Sono rimasta delusa.
