The hotel was nice. We stayed in the new hotel. We could not adjust the temperature as it was set by the hotel. The sulfur smell from the thermal pools was strong. Enjoyed the sheet passing by the hotel every day at 5 pm.

We booked through booking, we had already been in this facility, we were well, I make compliments for breakfast, abundant and quality, five stars. But I would advise the owners to think about the evening entertainment of the hotel's customers, if not a little music underground outside sofas, because the customers would appreciate it, as they are in the outskirts. I would like to advise owners to think about reducing the price of the menu at both lunch and dinner, since only the tractor is favoured the headlight because much cheaper.

A hotel build into the mountain and with several levels from -2 to 5. Our room was facing the mountain side, so a great view from the room. Room was spacious and perfectly cleaned and ours with a bathroom - nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, some where however challenged in English. Restaurant for dinner was good and reasonable prices - we went for the ”Chef's recommendation”. Breakfast was good and plenty, great coffee and in general choices. Scrambled eggs looked grey and boring, should either be better or given up. Great pool area and ok equipped fitness room. Overall a great experience.

Pasquale, fortunately not full of people, I find myself to return to a context and place where, years before, I was; I would say that everything remained the same (in fact, absolutely the same, which is not always good). We are in the middle, with rooms, in the middle, a quite courtyard reception, large parking, included breakfast, and a location of course suitable for the environment (also as alternatives outside the hotel). It's also good for one night, but I wouldn't go beyond. The Spa is nice, interesting, but doesn't know what. I would say there's much better around and in the area.
