El lugar está ubicado cerca de un bosque, las cabañas que ofrece están muy lindas. Considerar que si hay evento, no hay servicio de restaurant y la alberca tiene muchos usuarios, pero para pasar la noche está muy bien. Las camareras dan un gran servicio y apoyo. Detalles negativos: Al reservar pedimos dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama, y terminaron dándonos una cabaña con cama king y un sofá cama. Lo cual nos limitó en comodidad para pasar la noche. Así mismo, el estacionamiento está muy limitado, si hay evento no hay donde estacion****, y si sales en la noche se tardan mucho en abrir de nuevo la puerta principal del hotel para entrar en coche.

Que no te engañen las fotos y los bonitos acabados. Hoy le llaman “hotel boutique” a cualquier cosa que tenga pocos cuartos. El servicio es pésimo por decir lo menos, desde la persona que te recibe, el gerente y quien sea. Teníamos una reservación confirmada, el check Inn era a la 1 y a las 6 no estaba lista la habitación, a las 8 nos dieron una suite y estaba súper sucia, el baño un asco, las sabanas manchadas, pedimos nuevas y la única persona que estaba ahí vino a cambiarlas y qué creen? También estaban sucias! No salía el agua caliente, el desayuno te lo sirven en el jardín que está descuidado y en bajada y con un frío que el café se enfría en 5 minutos, la mitad de lo que había en la carta no lo tenían. Es como un lugar totalmente improvisado, bonito pero fatal en todos los aspectos.

Se me ocurrió hacer un evento ahí y fue la peor idea que pude haber tenido! Es una lástima que dejen el hotel en manos de gente con tan poca preparación y tan mala actitud! El colaborar con esta gente fue un verdadero infierno! Los encargados no tienen la más mínima idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente! Pésima actitud, pésimo servicio, en general fue una pésima experiencia tanto para mí como para mis invitados! Ahórrense la pesadilla y mejor vayan a otro lado!

Nuestra reservación fue confirmada 5 veces. 15 minutos antes de llegar al hotel nos llamaron para decirnos que la habitación estaba ocupada y nos cambiarían a otro hotel, nos negamos y llegamos al lugar; nos tuvieron esperando 45 minutos sin dar explicaciónes y terminaron diciendo que el dueño se había hospedado en nuestra habitación. (Cosa imposible de creer). Traíamos un perrito, y no sería facil que nos cambiaran de hotel... Al final encontraron un lugar cercano, pero ni siquiera nos dieron una explicación congruente. Pésimo servicio, no saben respetar una reservación.

Lugar para estar tranquilo y lejos del ruido de la Ciudad, no obstante estar muy cerca de la misma. Se desayuna rodeado de unos pinos enormes que dejan filtrar los rayos del sol. Las habitaciones muy cálidas y confortables. Los precios accesibles.

La comida muy rica, hay poco personal. Solicité servicio del Spa y no se localizó a la persona que prestaba el servicio. Pedí recomendación de algún servicio de peinado, tampoco me pudieron ayudar. El gerente es distraído.
