Beautiful Home with Mountain Views and Pool

The home is adorable and comfortable. Terry was quick to respond and a gracious host. Having a private pool to cool off in was perfect. There isn’t ac in the main part of the house but there is in the bedrooms so you can sleep comfortably. They had water there for us, basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, etc. I had many questions throughout our stay (where to buy certain things, places to eat) and Terry was always quick and kind to respond. The washer and dryer was very convenient. I’d recommend this property without hesitation!

The home was perfect! Very smooth check in and check out process. Home was very clean, the pool was was for cooling down, and the host helped us arrange an excursion through her company.

Very nice home, conveniently located in San Ignacio. Close to Mayan ruins. The pool was awesome to cool off in. Just as an FYI, the whole house is not air conditioned, just the bedrooms, but they get plenty cool when you keep the doors closed.Terry lives right next door, she is very nice and was super quick to respond to any questions.I'd definitely recommend this rental!

We LOVED our stay at this property! Terry lives right next door and helped us book our transportation from this property to San Ignacio and then back to the airport, even accommodating our driver request (Pedro is the best!). She also provided us with welcome gifts and made the space truly feel like home. There was fresh water in the kitchen and all appliances/cookware/utensils we could possibly need. If you're staying in the area, we would highly recommend choosing Terry's place!

Great location. Cute, clean place with plenty of space. Host is next door but the house is private. Host also runs a local tour company and assisted us with our excursions, which were fantastic, best guides! Host Terry even brought over banana bread freshly baked by her daughter as a welcome gift. The pool was a welcome respite from the late April heat and has a lovely view of the sunset.

Great stay for our family! Convenient location and Terry the host was so accommodating and helpful. Even brought us some grocery items upon our arrival. Neighborhood dogs and a woodpecker can be a bit noisy- but that’s nature! Clean, large, great air conditioning, relaxing hammocks, refreshing pool! Great start to our trip!

This was by far one of our favorite vacation rentals ever! The house was comfortable, stocked with the essentials, and conveniently located. The pool and hammocks were amazing. We saw so many beautiful birds in the trees by the pool. Terry and her husband were friendly and provided great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

When we pulled in, the host, Terry, greeted us with a friendly smile (she lives next door) and made sure our check-in was seamless. She provided some local snacks, fresh water, and was available for any questions. The property was clean and well stocked. It fit our family of 5 well and had an extra bed left over. The pool was clean and refreshing and the deck hammocks enabled great relaxation and bird watching (loved seeing toucans 2x!). As a tour company owner, our host was a great resource for things to do in town and the tour we took with her company was 5-star. Great all around and we would definitely stay here again if we're fortunate enough to visit this beautiful country again.
