Venus Hotel

It's an older hotel but still nice. The door wasn't looking good and looked like it was broken in a few times. But we didn't experience that our selves. The staff was friendly and always someone at the door so we felt safe anyway. Parking nearby and directly in the center of town. Places to go all around so easy to go by tour or by yourself.

Convenient and clean hotel with no frills.

Great location in centre of town. Close to restaurants and bars. Nice massage shop across the street. Nice little balcony area to chill in the evenings.

Wifi was spotty when it worked, Basically locked in at night. Room key doesn't fit security gate, but managed to get it open so we could go out at 6am. No staff around to open it, I wasn't trying to be quiet about it either.

Location is great. You can use the pool of Midas hotel. The young man who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are solid.

Very soft bed, nice balcony room w kitchenette We made use of. Water in lobby only. Everything good enough and comfortable Any food supplies not there. So get stuff if u r cooking No coffee pot filter or paper towels. BYO. Do not be afraid of all the ruckus on the street as it does calm down and get quiet at night.

Wonderful place to stay, very convenient walking distance to markets, restaurants and tour operators. The staff were helpful but seemed reluctant to be there and not very welcoming.
