A pleasant hotel located in the center of San Ignacio, close to the bus stop and several restaurants. The balcony with the pool is a lovely place to spend the late afternoon. Although breakfast isn't included, they offer black coffee with bananas, which is a nice touch for those leaving very early for excursions.

A basic hotel. Unfortunately, the receptionist had absolutely no information to offer. She couldn't tell me about transfers to Guatemala (which are usually standard here) or what tours are available. She wasn't really helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's convenient and a nice stay. They don't have elevators but do offer laundry services. They have water tanks on every floor and the staff is so friendly. The convenient location is the biggest selling point.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s an older hotel but that is part of its charm. It’s located near the amazing farmer’s market and great restaurants. They were helpful with transportation as well!

Perfect. I am SO happy ww choose this hotel! Perfect trouble-free check in and out. Helpful employees, basic, clean no nonsense stay. Right in the center of town; walkable to everything, central for all excursion pick ups without picking up any extra fees Rooftop pool and seating area on the roof outstanding and CLEAN! I completely recommend this as anyone’s base. We met other travelers who stayed out of town a bit and were commenting how they wish they had of chosen central as we did. We had pick of all the restaurants within easy walking distance. I LOVED the San Ignacio vibe and very respectful and friendly locals.

The MayaBella was the perfect place for our stay with off street, safe parking, clean rooms, location right on the Pedestrian walkway, and a clean rooftop pool to enjoy a beautiful night. Highly recommend this place if you like staying in the center of town.

Comfortable rooms, coffee and bananas in the morning. A kind and courteous staff as well as off street parking (a bit tight). The roof top pool and patio areas are quite nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The room is simple, but has A/C and a fan. The beds were comfortable and everything worked so it was practical. The location of the hotel is good, as it is in the downtown and there are multiple restaurants and tour operators within walking distance.
