It was superb, Hotel was amazing just a beautiful as the pictures. Staff is very friendly, breakfast delicious and most of all the room was beautiful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The GOOD: The Hotel is nice for relaxing very clean
THE BAD: there's no clean/room service, swing pool is dirty cannot be used lots of dirt, leafs etc....
We ask for a near swimming park etc, we were recommended los volcanes god dame idk how to describe it, but i wanted to cut my veins off....
THE UGLY: town is very quiet at night the plaza lighting is from the 50's imagine, is seriously depressing, no life like a ghost town....
Really nothing to see or do there....

El servicio fue excelente, no hay ninguna queja. Pero el nivel del hotel ha bajado (seguramente por la contingencia) porque el restaurante ya no esta, el jacuzzi afuera (que tanto disfrutamos durante la ultamia estadia) no functionaba, y el terminal para pagar con tarjeta tambien no funciono y tuvieron que resolverlo de otra manera. Si no fuera por la amabiliadad del personal seria muy mala la experiencia. Necesitan elevar el nivel a lo que era antes si quieren que regresemos y que lo recomendemos.
