Fortunately I only spent one night here. I was surprised by the lack of basic service and amenities: Before my arrival, I used the chat feature to ask about parking but never received a response. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk was unfriendly and charged me for parking without my consent. I asked about parking, making clear I was trying to decide whether to park my car at the hotel or somewhere else. She told me it was $35 for in and out privileges, I asked how much it would cost to park directly in the lot (since I did not need to go in and out) and she said ”I think it's $22 but just bring me your ticket” in a pretty rude tone. I was taken aback by her tone so I did not continue to engage in the conversation and I did not respond confirming I wanted parking, expecting I would pay directly with the lot, and later learned she charged me $35 anyway, plus a $5 tax she did not mention. No acknowledgement of Marriott Gold status, no upgrade, no explanation. I don't know if I received a welcome gift. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and there was a comically large plastic fan next to the TV. When I arrived to my room at 10 PM it was 80 degrees, so the fan was useful but I feel like they should probably fix the air conditioning or at least warn the occupant that it's broken. I would not stay here again.

After a very, very long travel day, we discovered our reservation at another hotel had been “lost”. Luckily, the Westin more than made up for it. Vera and Abigail at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They offered to check us in right away or wait a bit for a more spacious room. We elected to wait. They efficiently stored our luggage while we took a quick walk before returning to our fabulous room. Birthday saved! Ill Fornaio’s breakfast was another home run. It was so good that we returned a week later to enjoy the excellent food and service once more before heading home to Nashville. The valets were equally helpful. Thank you, Vera and Abigail! We will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is close to the street, and it is really noisy at night, don't stay close to the street. Health is OK, the toilet has a separate shower is not bad. There is a supermarket bank nearby and the transportation is convenient.

After a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

The AC is not cooling well. It doesn’t feel like the temperature we set it to. Not bad for one night stay though.

This hotel is architecturally beautiful but sadly Hyatt doesn't seem to care to maintain the building. The bar was sad (thread bare furniture, barely staffed and stocked), no onsite restaurant (not even for coffee), understaffed front desk and valet. We arrived after a long day of travel to no hot water and a staff that seemed unsure of how to remedy to problem. The front desk staff also seemed to think it was a single room issue and told us it was fixed - it was not and proceeded to take me around to about 5 other rooms to see if I wanted to move when those rooms also did not have hot water. It was implied this was an unusual problem. ?? The room was fine - clean and basic - and ok just to sleep but definitely not a room (or overall hotel) you'd want to spend time in beyond that. The rates are too high for what you get. The staff were very nice and tried to help with the lack of water and were in general very nice but they can only do so much when understaffed. It's just a bummer because the hotel could be so nice.

Convenient location, not expensive to taxi from the airport! No breakfast, there is a restaurant downstairs, there is no place to play with the kids! It's okay to walk a few minutes next to the net red punch street!

Upon arrival, the shuttle was parked in the entrance driveway so we had to park in the alley and haul our luggage through the parking garage - no assistance from Marriott staff and no luggage carts were staged to make this task easier. I am an Ambassador elite member and should have been given complimentary water at checkin, but no water was offered. We were also not able to access the enhanced internet during the two days that we were at this property. The login screen said the information I entered did not match the hotel’s registration information. Marriott management was totally unresponsive in addressing the problem and Marriott IT (somewhere in Canada) was unable to help - my call was “dropped” after a few minutes. There were no USB connections for charging phones and the electric plugs provided by bedside table lamp was loose fitting and non-functional. I had to unplug the hotel phone to use the wall receptacle for charging my mobile phone. I did like the layout of the room but did not like the use of opaque glass on the doors that separated the toilet enclosure and shower enclosure from the bedroom area. These doors allow light to enter the room at night which may disturb anyone else in the room who is sleeping. The hotel “restaurant” is a seating area near the bar and the bartender was the waiter; the “kitchen” was behind a wall and not visible. We were unable to get coffee from the “restaurant” or bar in the evening - there was no way for bartender to make fresh coffee. Our experience at this Marriott property is not what we expect from Marriott and our stay here was a huge disappointment to say the least.

Recently bar just open, has a very friendly bartender Lili, she goes the extra mile to make your day with a nice cold brew, , Also food it's excellent must try , bring any suggestions , it's a good atmosphere with outdoor patio, heaters and fire pit
