Holiday Inn San Jose-Silicon Valley, an IHG Hotel Reviews

As a IHG diamond elite member this is for sure the worst hotel. Stayed for 3 days with no housekeeping been done( I even asked for housing keeping before heading out but still not attended) internet connection was bad. I cannot imagine ever staying here again.

Very nice spot! Had one loud night from the neighbors but besides that, a very clean, accessible place to stay near the airport. Would rebook!

Will book again when in the area

Except Lobby and ground floor facilities, everything in the bedroom is incredible old and fragile.

I stay here every time I visit San Jose. It’s very nice and clean. Customer service is awesome!!

On the site I paid for a deluxe king in the pictures for the booking there was pictures of a jacuzzi tub when I asked about this I was told there were no jacuzzi tubs in the hotel at all I was told it was a third party issue that they use fake photos. But to me that comes off as false advertising they are making money off of false photos

Not bad, colleagues like it very much

One of the worst hotels in Silicon Valley, the toilets are obviously stained, and the bathroom countertops have live bugs, completely not up to IHG standards. When you check out, the Indians at the front desk can make you mad, and you can't type the bill, and you take it for granted.

Older but overall okay

酒店位置很好，距離機場和聖克拉拉會議中心都很近。設施也不錯，房間寬敞，設備齊全，床很大。大廳有大桌子，辦公非常方便。

在舊金山地區普遍高價的當天（因為有巨頭開會導致）這個地方是保持了很好的性價比，這個品牌的體驗一直很滿意，贊！

是交通非常方便的酒店。
