The room was very dirty upon arrival. Scum in the tub, huge glob of hair in the bathroom, half smoked cigarette on the window sill. No phone in the room which is a safety issue. My daughter had to spend one night alone before i arrived and she didn’t feel safe doing so. We went to another hotel

Even though they were in the middle of remodeling the room was a mess and woke up for an early flight and found bed bugs on the bed crawling. Keep calling and no one answers the phone. Dont stay here bed bugs are not fun to deal with
