The front desk staff are efficient and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. With the curtains open, sunlight can shine into the room, making it warm and cozy. There are theaters, museums, exhibition centers, etc. next to it, and the transportation is convenient.

Overall we were happy with the stay. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was walking distance (about 10 mins) from restaurants. The hotel restaurant "The Placery" was mediocre - we ordered the chili cheese fries (chili was definitely from a can), cheese not melted. The dish was luke-warm at best. The taste was bland... Not worth the money. Definitely ask the staff for restaurant recs and take that short walk. :)
