The hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and nice indoor pool (although it is not hard).
When i booked it said free parking. When i checked in on the app, it said complimentary parking, yet the guy at the front desk said they changed their policy and now charge. So i got a bill for parking. That turned me off of staying here again.

We spent HOURS trying to change the date of arrival to no avail--I will never use ******* again and this kind of terrible service, low integrity is just unacceptable. So, we lost the reservation and the money--scammers. Your itinerary said it WAS CHANGEABLE BUT IN REALITY IT WAS NOT.
