Booked since my flight get cancelled, surprisingly good!

衞生不錯，但是前台服務人員態度一般， 早餐一般吧選擇性很少， 在美國稍微像樣的酒店會要小費，早餐時也是，呵呵了… 位置不錯

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, not spotless but clean. This is the first hotel I go to that does not heat the indoor pool. The water was freezing, no one was able to swim. Many of us parents were upset. I paid extra to stay in this hotel and I was very disappointed. Not the cleanest hotel, the floor is sticky. Needs some deep cleansing, not by the housekeeping personal but from another agency! I mean Deep! You have to pay for parking even though there is plenty. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Place was nice and clean. Only was little disappointed, called the property ahead of time and was told the indoor pool was heated. Once me and the family arrived and entered pool was freezing. An employee even asked if it was warm we informed them no they just laughed and walked away. Didn’t find it funny since it’s the only reason the place was booked in the first place.

The hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and nice indoor pool (although it is not hard). When i booked it said free parking. When i checked in on the app, it said complimentary parking, yet the guy at the front desk said they changed their policy and now charge. So i got a bill for parking. That turned me off of staying here again.

Our room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated except for a rip in the bathroom wallpaper near the floor, though that wasn't a big deal to us. The staff was very polite and friendly. We especially liked that there was free parking on the property. Having a hot breakfast included was also a great plus because it saved us having to go out to find somewhere to eat before check out. Overall a great stay for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Double queen room was huge! Friendly staff, great breakfast. Only downside was the public transport train - you could hear the bell for the stop outside our window.

Overall, good experience. Only a couple of things in the room could have been better. Drain in sink did not stay up, so water would fill the sink unless we had to manually keep propping up the stopper. Also, there was an occasional noise that would happen in the room, not sure if it was from the fan/AC, but it sounded like a faint booming sound. Lighting was a little dim and the room was a tad small. Overall, the room was clean and in good condition.

Staff were very nice, beds were comfortable, facility exceptionally clean, shuttle service was on time.

Bathroom sink leaked onto counter soaking everything. When we got to the room there was no hand soap or shampoo. We called the front desk multiple times to have aome brought up. Shampoo was the only thing delivered. Breakfast selection was sp**** for a good 20 minutes around 8:30ish. The front desk had fresh coffee made where the dining room didn't around the same time. Beds weren't very comfortable either. Overall a good hotel and I'd stay again.
