The hotel is great and very reasonable. They don't have coffee or breakfast but there's a little shop right next door that does. It's walking distance from a bunch of places, entertainment food etc. I will definitely stay here from now on when I go to San Jose

Wow what a great spot. Unbelievable pricing in an area with motel hotels over 400 a night. I was amazed by the reviews and the price. But all were true. Great stay. Also Nick is absolutely amazing. Idk if he owns the place but you would have to assume so with the service he provideds

Nick was a great host! I asked where I could buy an umbrella near for my wife and he let me borrow one during our stay. He went and left the umbrella in our room. Next morning he greeted us and asked about our stay before leaving. Great place to stay over all.

Very nice secure free parking,Super clean room with outstanding bathroom. Clean comfortable bed.

Nick checked us in. He has a great sense of humor and always made sure our stay was pleasant throughout our stay. Room was clean. Courtyard adorable. No complaints. We wanted to stay somewhere close to improv.

We took a chance on this hotel as we have never heard of it. It is in a great location downtown San Jose. We drove from Lodi to San Jose for a retirement party. The room was cute and the bed was comfortable and clean. The owner was very attentive. Will stay here again.
