great location, though dissapointed to see the kitchen had ZERO amenities. No glasses, dishes, utensils, kettle or coffee maker.

Desde que llegue recibi una atencion buena y amable, absolutamente todo el personal es muy amable y servicial con lo que uno ocupa, habitacion amplia y limpia, desayuno incluido y aire acondicionado trabajando al 100. Area de alberca y gym limpios, bar y terraza, tienen hora felz!

Front desk does not communicate with each department. Staff will approach you abruptly and aggressively, the guards do not have the correct guests listed on the paperwork, it is not explained what needs to happen when you leave and enter, and security-related issues like Carlos will follow you in threatening manners through the property. And finally, the worst of all, you are requested to give your name and room number OUT LOUD while in an Uber, or with others on a bus (so others can hear who you are and where you stay- insane!) to guards - this violates all confidentiality and privacy (especially with me, as a well-known attorney). This place is a complete mess! I am shocked no one has sued!

Originally booked two nights at the Hyatt Place because our "real resort" wasn't available for the full duration of our stay. After the first night, we canceled our reservation at the resort and extended our stay at the Hyatt. Loved the proximity to the public playground next door for the kids and the large grocery store (La Comer/La Mega). I travel to Cabo a couple times per year and this will be our "real hotel" from now on.

The room and the whole hotel was very clean. Loved the ocean view room. Location is close to restaurants, grocery and walking distance to the beach. Beach was practically empty. The pool was warm and saltwater and never crowded. All the workers were very helpful with everything we ask. Breakfast had so many choices and very good. I am already planning to come back to this hotel.

Pésimo servicio en recepción. Creo que NUNCA habíamos recibido un trato tan terrible de un recepcionista. El joven Iran no debe de estar en recepción. No le interesa el bienestar de los huéspedes. Lo ideal sería mover a un área donde no lo vean los clientes . Hasta sus compañeros se vieron apenados del mal trato.
