I rented a 2 bedroom penthouse unit #D502 for 32 days, the view was amazing. The unit however was not. The furniture is outdated and in rough shape and need of cleaning. The kitchen dishes/utensils/pots etc were minimal, chipped and in need of replacement. The art on one wall was torn and the unit needs to be painted. The water pressure in the showers was very weak and the shower head was plugged, so we got some vinegar and baking soda and soaked it, which made it better. The sheets were worn out and all pilled and rough. The towels were okay. Overall this unit needs some updating and replacement of many things. The pictures online were not what they were in person.

book for 5 days with ******* package. Lot of hidden charges like $500.00usd $199.99usd upon check in. The rental unit dusty, bed sheets have blood stains. Ants all over. I wish I can post pic.

Alegranza is such an elegant and lovely resort experience. We absolutely loved our two-bedroom condo which opened up onto a little grassy yard and led directly to the pool. The AC worked great and the decor was high-end yet unpretentious. The reportedly wonderful restaurant is still closed from Covid, but that didn't stop us from ordering Uber Eats and venturing out for some truly memorable meals. Our kids LOVED the pools and we loved the views and deep sense of relaxation. No one wanted to leave when our time was up!

Great beautiful property in an area close to restaurants and shops. The property is very clean with daily cleaning. The on site security with the guards at the entrance make the property feel safe. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

Property had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was close to downtown. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful area. Much quieter than Cabo. San Lucas.
