All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . Enjoy your stay

Glad there is a near Red Doorz in our house. Our electricity got busted in our neighborhood and we need to immediately book a hotel. Thank you for being clean, complete, and reliable. Meron nga lang construction site beside and it was noisy very early in the morning. Huhu.

The facilities are okay. The bedroom is spacious enough for two. The bathroom has water heater and bidet with strong water pressure. Wi-Fi signal is good 24 hours. The staffs and cleaners are accomodating. They are strict with the guests so it's good for security. The TV is TCL and has good signal. There's also a big mirror in the ceiling hehe the wall image design is awkward but not a concern. Overall it's good for its price 💯

From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). The surrounding environment is good, there is a small park, very close to McDonald's, and there is a supermarket and barbecue shop downstairs, which is very convenient

Our family has often taken to staycations in Hotels within Manila to beat the usual traffic in and out of the Metro. Since the Holy Week would definitely be the height of traffic, we opted to choose up please that wouldn't take us more than an hour from Quezon City. We miss Baguio and seeing mountains and fresh cool breeze so Timberland was the 1st venue that came to mind. This place has often been a favorite of the university where I work for seminars conventions and recreational activities. Last January my husband and I tried it out for an overnight stay and we kept on telling ourselves it would be great to bring our kids back here. Since my kids are both adults I opted to get a separate room for them. Our kids asked if their friends could come along for the day pass which we agreed to. The Day pass allows them to use of amenities such as the swimming pool the covered courts and the rock climbing area which they thoroughly enjoyed. The fee also included an amount allotted for consumable food and drink at the cafe Ridge. I had made a reservation through their Viber account and I was assisted by Erica who assured me that my reservation stands. Upon arriving, at the lobby I was greeted by Aliyah and Kar greeted us cheerfully. Since we arrived before lunch our room was not yet available so it was recommended that we have snacks at Baker J or the cafe Ridge. We were also informed that we could use the pool and other amenities while we waited for our room could be available. My kids headed straight to the Rock Climbing facility and afterwards, the pool area which had a good view of the cityscape. At the cafe Ridge, we were attended to by JC who helped us rearrange the tables at the balcony since it had been raining and he wanted to make sure we would not get wet. Everything we ordered was delicious especially their burger where you can choose how you want it cooked so we chose medium well and although it took some time for it to be served it was worth the wait because it was juicy and flavorful. Later on I was informed via Viber that our rooms were available. Upon retrieving our key cards at the front desk I was greeted by Gina who recognized me from our previous day. Having a familiar face really makes this place feel like home which my family and I always look forward to in returning. We were granted adjacent rooms. I was so thankful that both rooms had really cold and strong air conditioning because the heat in Manila was just unbelievable. A few moments later Kar called to check up on us to make sure everything was in order. Later on, I would make inquiries through their handset phones and I was able to speak to Gina making inquiries about their activities for the weekend she gave a detailed description of what we could expect. After dinner, we went to the balcony where it was surprising to see an outdoor movie set up for the night. There was even a popcorn machine and a stand that sold churros first snacks. This hotel has got it all! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff. They were so friendly and helpful that we felt like we were home. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed - shopping, transport, and all the exciting tourist spots! We never had to worry about a thing because the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. We were so impressed with our stay that we are already planning our next visit. This hotel is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for an exciting and unforgettable experience!

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish. Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups. Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though. Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals. I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times. Over all, I'd stay here again.

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!
