房間設施比較舊，這塊區域是離景點近但是周圍都是些“禁區”，晚上會比較危險，還是推薦住使館區吧。酒店工作人員都很熱情、熱心這點真的不錯。

房間有一股臭味兒，酒店設施陳舊，早餐品類極少又難吃，作為一家星級酒店，房間裏瓶裝水也沒有，餐廳水杯臟到令人噁心，不推薦👎

很市中心，交通便利。
房間一個枱燈不亮，而且燈具設施很陳舊，扭半天才能亮那種。
窗簾拉不嚴實，聖何塞天亮又早，早早就被亮光晃醒。
我們住的是背街的一側，樓後面貌似是酒店的通風還是製冷系統，噪音很大，一晚上就像是不停的通過車一樣超。
服務員大清早07:30就不知道為啥巧好多個房間的門確認也沒有人然後進房間可能放東西，每個房間都敲好幾遍大聲問好幾遍，好吵。

酒店位置不錯，門口就是一個街心公園，離中國街、國家公園和國家博物館都在1公里之內，步行就到；前台服務也很nice, 早上10點左右到了，酒店有空房直接給辦理了入住，就是酒店設施陳舊，加上雨季潮濕的天氣，房間黴味很重，無線網絡也是嚴重拉誇…對於習慣了中國網速的人那感覺真是太哇塞了。酒店早餐也是需要改進的一部分，品種單一，還不能自取，安排了專人給打餐，西語華和英語的對話很不方便哈；但是小蘋果和百香果很好吃，南美黃色百香果很甜不算…Holiday Inn的早餐好像都有百香果，祕魯的連鎖店也有。
