I payed a night through booking, but when I got to the hotel they had no availability and I had to leave and find another hotel at night after 12 hours flight. It’s been almost two years and I spoke to the managers but they still never refunded me nor help with a free night stay or even a meal nor helped me solve this or find out what happened….I still pass by today but they kept the money and avoid the conversation..horrible That’s how they do it there, mr Hugo gerente de operaciones is the one who created the whole problem and avoids all convos..be aware
