Our room was not prepared properly. Took multiple calls to fix issues. The two-room suite did not have coffee maker not mini fridge. WiFi signal was not reachable in the room we have stayed.

Great spot in the heart of San Jose . Good Valet who took care of the car and luggage. The room was clean and we had a good meal in the hotel restaurant.

I had called tthe hotel to confirm my 8 day reservation in the Presidential Suite 2 days prior, and the hotel front desk confirmed it. Also told them that my flight did not arrive until 8: 40 p.m. and confirmed a late check in. On arrival at the hotel, I was told the Suite was occupied, and they gave me a lame excuse that someone else had booked it through ******* two days after I did, and had arrived earlier. Truth is they re-sold it for more money and gave me a smaller room no refund.
