Visitamos el Restaurante con mi familia y todo iba bien hasta que nos recibió el Host, fue el peor servicio que he tenido en mi vida, el señor necesita un curso intensivo de servicio al cliente, no pude ver su nombre pero es alto y tiene lentes, poco profesional y nada amable, yo con solo ver sus gestos me iba a retirar del lugar pero mi familia que vino de Guatemala si quería comer allí por lo que a pesar de la mala bienvenida decidimos quedarnos. El servicio de Mauricio fue excelente, todo lo contrario a este señor. No como salsa roja por lo que el Chef me hizo una pasta en salsa blanca exquisita y los demás platos estuvieron fabulosos. Laboro en la industria hotelera por lo que sé que nos debemos a nuestros clientes y huéspedes y es nuestro trabajo hacer todo lo posible por llenar sus expectativas y lograr realizar de su experiencia algo memorable. Lamentablemente personas como este señor hacen que una calificación que pudo ser de 5 estrellas pase a ser de 2. Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios y que logren mejorar la experiencia de otros comensales.

Unique, beautiful courtyards and massages to garden and spas. Staff was outstanding and spoke fluent English. Just a special place and a historic alternative to the major hotel chains.

This is an exceptional historic property. The colonial house architecture is authentic restoration. Windows doors floors moldings etc are beautiful. Even the hardware on the windows is original certainly not from some restoration company. The art in the rooms are originals mostly coffee related simple but attractive. The restaurant is layed out around the courtyard with the original huge windows opening out to the court with outdoor seating there as well. The restaurant furnishings avoid being homogeneous and are understatedly in tune with the architecture. Food and service are top shelf fine dining. The barman is excelent. This place is extraordinary.
