The city view was the best part, we got picked up from the hotel for a day tour. Tour guide said we’re in the new buildings area but it’s still unsafe at night so don’t go walking around, but the hotel itself was five to ten minutes from everything else, in the day we did walk around and felt safe, the park is right next to it which was nice to see and of course the stadium, cleanliness and guest services were great accommodating, we had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and it had great views but service was slow and food was only okay, could’ve/should’ve eaten somewhere else, the best part was the pool on the highest floor, the top four floors were apartments, but the pool is on the highest of their floor, the jacuzzi wasn’t warmed and they warmed us that it wasn’t, but the pool itself was nice to swim in, stayed there for a little over an hour before going to dinner, would definitely go book again

The newest hotel in San Jose with the most beautiful scenery. The room looks out to the stadium. If there is a game, there is a free grandstand. The entire hotel is in a minimalist modern style, but the simplicity is a bit too much. There is not a single hook or hanging rod in the bathroom. Towels were piled on the sink, and there wasn't even a mouthwash cup. The breakfast is very rich. The most unique thing is the outdoor seating area on the 18th floor, where you can watch the scenery and order food.

Las almohadas muy incomodas, o muy duras o muy suaves. Te ponen dos de cada tipo en la cama pero aun así el sueño no es placentero. El desayuno muy bueno.

Visité el restaurante The Cloud. Me hubiera gustado almorzar un platillo con sabor originalmente tico, pero parece que sólo se ofrece un menú de comida a la carta; sin embargo, la atención brindada por Viviana C. y el personal fue excelente, profesional y personalizada; me hicieron sentir como en casa. A pesar de haber hecho una reserva en la sección del bar, había disponibilidad para sentarme en las terrazas durante mi visita; las vistas son espectaculares. No dudaré en visitarles y disfrutar de un desayuno buffet en una futura visita a Costa Rica.
