A perfect hotel to either start your Costa Rica trip, to recover from a long flight, or end your trip with a bit of relaxation before a long flight.
Was a little apprehensive about the location at first, having never experienced San Jose, but relaxed soon. The hotel is nice and quiet, with a very relaxed vibe. Great breakfast offering, and a great team onsite taking good care of guests (really went out of their way to help and assist us).
Relaxing by the pool was great (even if the pool is VERY cold).
Only recommendation for a better experience is for tea/coffee facilities to be provided in the standard rooms (assuming these are in the studio rooms).

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing. It is a quiet area and easy to walk around.
My room was on the ground level looking to the pool, so it was a bit noisy. Maybe they can improve the condition of the windows so that they are sound-proof. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel with great food and service. We especially appreciated the waitstaff in the mornings, who were cheerful and helpful every day we were there. Most everyone at the front desk was courteous and helpful and the ladies were particularly nice.
