This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Perfect Couple’s Getaway
This unit was the perfect setting for our week in Durango. Very nicely decorated, clean, nice views, and easy checkin/checkout. Perfect space for a couple and much better than staying at a hotel. We would defintely stay here again!

We loved everything about this condo. The location was perfect for all the hiking we had planned. Nothing beats the views you have all around you. The room was the perfect size for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat.
