Muy tranquilo, sólo falta vigilancia en la alberca había gente fumando y nadie les dice nada, se preocupan mas porque no lleves comida y bebida ahi si estan super abusados y el Internet es pésimo.

This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe.

Siempre son amables, todo es bastante tranquilo! Sin duda dense una escapada, la opción de circuito hidrotermal te va a encantar más, yo no lo tome porque no sabía que era, pero una vez viendolo se ve de maravilla. Igual el spa, apartir de las 9 am!

Le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento a la hacienda y que le den una buena limpiada a los vidrios del restaurante y a los de la alberca del spa. Las camas para mí gusto están súper incomodas, el colchón parece piedra. La limpieza del cuarto está bien. El personal es amable. Pero si pudiera ser una atracción turística como la ex hacienda de Chautla o Santa María Regla pero tienen el lugar muy descuidado.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero falta muchisimo mantenimiento, el mobiliario es muy viejo, las ventanas rotas y se filtra el aire del exterior, la habitación estaba sucia y el personal en la recepción no es amable.
En el restaurante el personal es amable, pero el servicio es demasiado lento y no tienen opciones o siempre estaba agotado algun producto.
En cuanto al SPA que realmente fue por lo que me quede ahi, esta muy bien, las instalaciones son antiguas, pero las personas son muy amables y el servicio es excelente. Pareciera ser parte totalmente diferente al hotel. Sin duda REGRESARIA AL SPA pero NO REGRESARIA AL HOTEL, mejor quedarse en otro alojamiento, por que es terrible el Hotel.
