When staying at Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, my hubby and i had the best experience ever. I don’t know why anyone would ever disagree. The staff was friendly, the entire area was clean and COVID friendly, and there was even daily complimentary water and transportation to the beach which is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel even offers beach towels, beach chair, and an umbrella! I had a blast!

Another great stay at Doubletree. We do business trips almost every month to San Juan and Doubletree is the best. Centrally located and close to healthy restaurants and a supermarket. Really appreciate their eco-friendliness. The AC is comfortable in the building and not cold like an ice box which wastes energy. Nice big glass windows in the room that allow for natural sunlight to enter. Just a very comfy experience.

Front Desk Representatives were helpful and friendly but Jeziel was Amazing! Service was great. Everything recommended was outstanding I can’t express my gratitude. Thank you so much! Room was little small, I booked a queen with a double bed. Had to put bed away for space. Other than that the room was very clean and cozy. Pool and fitness center had 24 hour access, Cafe was nice too. Close to attractions and excursions with a grocery store right across the street. Doubletree By Hilton San Juan gets my thumbs up. Thanks again for the pleasant stay.

We sat at the bar for some dinner and drinks and got some great local suggestions from Pablo, which my husband indulged in; the rum old fashioned with the first puerto rican rum ever made, clove and cinnamon syrup. He also had some great authentic puerto rican suggestions, but we were feeing more traditional, though I will be trying their Mofongo soon! Lovely bar, great atmosphere, variety of beer and drinks; Everything was great!
