Will never go back again got a Pent House Executive Suite and it had Roaches. That's enough said smh....

Asked them for ocean view they didn’t even offer as we so many available & also staff are not courteous at all. Just waste staying at this place

lovely hotel, nice amenities, beautiful ocean front with umbrellas, chairs and wonderful service. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. would definitely go back there and recommend to others!!!

It was terrible. The staff was not concerned that the door from our room to the patio did not lock. For almost $800 a night, the least you should expect is safety. The maintenance people tried their hardest to make a temporary repair. However, you can see by the photo that the door jamb had already been temporarily repaired many times previously. Furthermore, bad food, old tired room, uncaring staff, uninformed concierge. They should be ashamed.

We absolutely loved the resort. The staff are so friendly the grounds are beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't like was our bathroom smelled of mildew pretty badly and the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING on your floor. Other than that the room was nice and our ocean view balcony was amazing!

Loved the staff! Very friendly and helpful. Couple of suggestions: more hooks, towel bars in bathroom, better reading lights by bed and turn down the AC.

Loved our stay! The staff was excellent & so was the location. Beach is gorgeous & so is the pool.

It was an OK stay, wasn't blown away. Room is tiny as is the bathroom. The restaurants across the street are horrible; the restaurants in the hotel are mediocre at best. We did like the pizza and gelato place on premises. There is one good place nearby, best to head away from the area for food. The hotel is attached to a CVS so you can stock up on snacks and adult beverages. Hotel prices for food and drink are ridiculous. The ****** is OK, but limited table games, no dice games.

The unfortunate thing about this property was that we assumed since it was a beachside property, swimming was a given. That is not the case with high tides and dangerous currents through our stay. Prices at the hotel were ridiculous, $14/wine cheapest they offer! To spend so much money for top rated resort, we spent most of our time grabbing food and beverages from local Walgreens and CVS's.

This hotel was amazing. The location being right on the beach was superb. The pool was lovely. The staff was beyond friendly. The choices of restaurants within walking distance was a nice surprise. We wished the drinks made at the swim up bar were made stronger. They were much weaker than the 'tiki bar' drinks. Also it would be nice if the balconies had a screen door so the sounds of the ocean could be heard all night. We would highly recommend this hotel. We can't wait to return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here because it was safe and the employees were very nice. It is pricey but we enjoyed it.

Felt that "city view"rooms were misteepresented and customer service was not very helpful with room upgrade. Also, resort recommended ran forest excursion was not what we expected, dropped at public beach where we hadtopay $45 for beach chairs.

The service at this property was very good! I feel that the staff did their very best to be welcoming and accommodating. Of special note was our check in experience and our outstanding member of the housekeeping staff, Sheila. If you’re looking for a more adult/kid-free experience, this is not your place! We were on a couple’s trip, and the pool area was like a kid summer camp. No ones fault; just not the vibe we were seeking. However, the beach is a better and more adult option. The restaurant was understaffed, hence, the service was slow. However, the staff did the best they could. Overall good stay. The beach is awesome.
