Overall, not great. First I'm pretty sure I got bit by bed bugs at this hotel. That's the main reason I'm writing this review. I could have got them at a nicer hotel I stayed at before this, but I really doubt it. If you stay here absolutely do not put your luggage on the bed. The mattress was rock hard with no give at all. The room they put us into didn't have wifi unless you stood right next to the door. Shower didn't drain quickly. When I closed the blackout curtains they smelled moldy. Not sure what is meant by free breakfast because I was in and out between 6 and 10 am and didn't even see a bakery spread. Was not mentioned to me at check in either, although the ladies who helped me at the front desk were always nice. Exercise room was broken. The rooftop was pretty cool but it was really just a bunch of chairs and a BYOB situation. The only thing about these reviews that I fundamentally disagree with is the parking. I didn't think the immediate neighborhood felt unsafe and we found free street parking within 1 block of the hotel easily. The women at the front desk even helped show us where we should look for free parking which was very nice considering the hotel owns their own lot for $15 a night. I also liked the neighborhood and it had a lot of bars and restaurants that we liked. I think maybe this neighborhood is ""up and coming"" so reviews from even a couple years ago may not have trustworthy feedback on the environs.
