One of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

Very good location, poor service, low price performance, insufficient lobby space.

Incredible location and very clean hotel

The room was very clean! The design is reasonable, you can see the passing ships from the window, and the ancient city behind!

The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, newly renovated but hallways were dark. Emergency stairs were durty. Area has some dirty streets and you can also see people who are experiencing homelessness.

The staff was very attentive, courtagous and available. Considering to come back in the future. Thanks to the msintenance and front desk staff specialy José Ríos in asistance with the water heater in our suite.

Excellent stay! Everyone who worked here was incredibly accommodating!! The pool on top of the roof was outstanding!! Very clean and comfortable rooms. In a very walkable location with lots of shops and food. We WILL return!

I really enjoyed my stay. It is walkable around Old San Juan. The food at the hotel restaurant was to die for. Marie was a very sweet housekeeper that I met, who gave me directions to a few sports around the area and she did a super job cleaning my room.

The only thing, I wish we could’ve done is lower the temp a little more.. other than that .. it was perfect.. definitely coming back
