The hotel is fine for a quick layover between flight and cruise but I still won’t stay here again. Why? Well, the fire exit door squeaked all night sounding like a baby screaming, the clerk upon check in was rude, the shower floor was filthy, there are no vending machines and ice is only available on the 4th floor, the hotel is located in a wind tunnel, and nothing is close by unless you want to eat at the Caribe Hilton (why not just stay there is I have to go there for everything?).
i wish i had read more reviews before i booled..

Nice customer service! And housekeeper cleaned our room every day :) no pool and I don’t think it’s the best location. Also doesn’t have parking but there is one closer for 20$ X night

Parking garage was not convenient at all. Neither were the instructions of getting back to hotel from garage. Room smelled musty like a towel that was left in the washing machine for a week. Continental breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. Frozen muffins and bread. Took a muffin to go and it stayed just as hard after it thawed. For the price I will never stay there again. Worst hotel I've stayed at.

El Hotel tiene serios problemas de señalización, no se encuentra con facilidad y el Parqueo es un dolor de cabeza llegar, Con respecto a la recepción, ha sido lo peor, una señora que atiende, de lo más descortés, al llegar no quiso prestarle a mi suegra el sanitario, hasta que terminó de atender a otros huéspedes, no importante si ella ya no aguantaba. La cafetera de la habitación estaba sucia, no reponen las unidades de café y tampoco limpian la cafetera, estuvimos tres noches, y solo 1 vez nos limpiaron la habitación.

The hotel was in a great location, and the view of the bay and part ocean was fantastic. That's where it ends. The hotel had no welcoming lobby, very dismal.
The rooms were huge, but we got no maid service for the 6 days that we were there, and had to call several times each day to get clean towels! All of our dirty towels piled up on the floor near the door, and we finally asked them to get them on the last night. We had to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
Because of the size of the rooms (we had 4 adult ladies), and the location, we would stay here again, we just wouldn't expect any service. Every time we called, they apologized and said they were short staffed.
