酒店很貴，我們訂的時候差不多3000人民幣一晚。打掃房間很敷衍，有一天叫了服務員幾回都沒人打掃衞生。早餐很差，和國內五星差了幾個級別，早餐也就國內三星快捷酒店的水平。空調外機是在室內的，非常吵，需要關了一晚上才能睡覺。非常一般的住宿體驗。不要被凱悦這個品牌給矇蔽了雙眼。

這家酒店問題真的很大。1. 酒店房間內很潮濕，不如前一晚同價位酒店。2. 晚上去大堂吧枱調酒師態度很差，不願意與我們溝通，和一旁的人聊天二十分鐘也不給我們點單，催促幾次無效後我們選擇離開去別家喝酒。3. 連續住了兩晚，第一天保潔員在打掃房間後忘記關門。我們遊玩回房間時發現門是虛掩的，雖然我願意相信這是偶然現象，但這錯誤也太低級了！！沒丟東西是萬幸。總的來説這個酒店管理問題非常大，希望能好好改進不要壞了Hyatt的名聲。

Great overnight stay. We had one night at the Hyatt Place San Juan for an overnight airport connection. The location was perfect - quick 10 min ride, in opposite direction of rush hour traffic 👍. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Was traveling with my 4-year-old, and the hotel had the sofa bed in the room open and made up for her ahead of our arrival. Hotel staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was good - plenty of options - and much better than other Hyatt Place properties…this Hyatt Place location seemed to offer much more in terms of amenities than others in the brand. Very happy with my choice to stay here.

Experiencia desagradable, de lo peor que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer, 2 días sin servicio ni arreglo del cuarto, no agua , no toallas, todavía estoy esperando que me llame la gerente de servicio al cliente, no está acorde al precio alto que cobran, no resuelven nada de lo que se les solicita, según comentarios esto sucede con frecuencia el mal servicio al huésped, que lastima porque soy miembro del Hyatt y he obtenido muy buen servicio en otros hoteles de esta cadena en otros países.

I loved this place. Excellent for kids. We had a great weekend. Breakfast was exquisite, room was clean, large room with a view to the marine. the water park for kids was awesome!!. I recommend this hotel for Puerto Rico. Accessible.
