The hotel is very expensive, almost 3000 RMB per night when we booked. Cleaning the room was very perfunctory. One day I called the waiter several times but no one cleaned it. The breakfast is very poor, a few levels worse than the domestic five-star hotel, and the breakfast is also at the level of the domestic three-star express hotel. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is indoors, it is very noisy, and it needs to be turned off all night to sleep. Very average accommodation experience. Don't be fooled by the Hyatt brand.

This hotel has a really big problem. 1. The hotel room is very humid, not as good as the hotel with the same price the night before. 2. In the evening, the bartender at the lobby bar has a very bad attitude and is unwilling to communicate with us. After chatting with the person on the side for 20 minutes, he will not order us. 3. Stayed for two nights in a row, the housekeeper forgot to close the door after cleaning the room on the first day. We played back to the room to find that the door was open, and while I'd like to believe it was a coincidence, it was a rudimentary mistake! ! Luckily nothing was lost. In general, this hotel management problem is very big, I hope it can be improved without damaging Hyatt's reputation.

The staff was very friendly and never a bother to ask for help. Only issue during my stay was that I had two rooms booked and one was ready at 2 PM however the other room wasn't ready until almost 5 PM. I don't understand how both rooms couldn't have bene cleaned one after the other even after we put our name on their waitlist. Other than that, shuttle isn convenient however runs at inconsistent times. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool was nice. Good location

I stay at the Hyatt Place San Juan for the convenient proximity to the Puerto Rico Convention Center. They also had a free shuttle service to take you to the Convention facilities, the T-Mobile entertainment area, Old San Juan, and the Escambron beach.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at ALL levels of the hotel. Everyone just went above and beyond to make my stay warm and comfortable. The entire time I was there, it rained but i was very happy staying indoors and enjoying the amenities of the property and a cozy clean room. Having complimentary breakfast each morning was an enticing part of the package that worked well with inclement weather. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
