Really nice, eclectic and boutiquey and well worth a visit.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The location in the heart of Old San Juan was perfect and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The only difficulty was parking - none on site. Once we figured out where to park, it was much easier, though still a little stressful during busy hours due to no guarantee of spaces. The lot we found to be best was La Puntilla: $3-5/ day, a short walk from the hotel,and on the outskirts of old San Juan so allows you to avoid driving on the labyrinthine streets of the old city. I loved our stay at La Palacio Provincial.

Great location if you're staying in Old San Juan. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant on site was delicious, and there is a small pool on the rooftop which was nice. Parking is tricky in this area, but there is a garage around the corner which made things a little easier. We would stay here again!

Our stay at Palacio Provincial exceeded our expectations. The staff, to a person, was courteous, patient and helpful during our 5 day stay. One minor issue in our room was addressed promptly. That in itself is a good indicator of the quality of service in a hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio and pool were a wonderful respite at the end of a day of touring. The hotel itself is lovely restoration of a traditional building in Old San Juan. Side note: I left an important possession behind accidentally. It was packaged and mailed to me promptly. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

On a quiet street that is usually blocked off. High police presence due to proximity to US State Dept bldging and Governor Mansion. Very walkable to many attractions and restaurants.

Great Location! Very close to all the touristy spots. The staff was very kind and helpful. Special kudos to Adriana at the front desk. She made sure we got the best service and went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The only hotel in the area to have an Infinity pool.
