The host was excellent. He was great about communication in advance. He also called a taxi for us on a minutes' notice!

Property was 2 blocks to a beautiful public access beach.
Roberto, owner was very informative about all the local offerings of which there were plenty. He was immediately responsive w/ all correspondence.
Place was very clean and felt safe.

This place was absolutely perfect for us! Very clean and had everything that we needed. Our host was very kind and gave us lots of local recommendations and suggestions. There are lots of restaurants, bars, stores within walking distance. Old San Juan is 10-15 min away by car. We rented a car but Uber would be about $20 round trip. We always felt safe at this location. I would absolutely stay here again and I would also bring my children the next time.

Very cute place in my favorite neighborhood in San Juan! The owner is very kind and responsive and the property was clean and safe. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Lovely stay for one night. Very close to beach and chairs, towels and coolers provided by the owner. Loved the enclosed patio and comfy bed.

The room was small, but the bed was comfy and it was exactly what we needed. Was very clean, Roberto was very kind and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Very safe location with some helpful amenities (a walgreens,a couple restaurants, coffee shops, and breakfast places) within walking distance.

Roberto is very kind and communicative. There is parking off street, easy beach access, the property is safe with a locked gate in the evenings (code access for guests), rooms are clean and have the amenities needed, and there is a sweet garden courtyard. It’s the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and I would book a room again whenever I come back.
