The structure is very beautiful, I think one of a kind. An ancient 19th century village transformed into a resort that retains all its charm. The service was almost impeccable, they met our every need. Unfortunately the spa is not up to the standard of the resort, it doesn't offer much except two swimming pools, a sauna and an emotional shower. The restaurant is quite expensive, if we also consider that a 750 CL bottle of water costs €6. Too bad for the mistake made on the account in the end which made us waste a lot of time and created inconvenience.

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde, che permette di godersi a pieno un weekend rilassante. Pur essendo praticamente piena è sembrato quasi di essere da soli. La Spa pur non essendo enorme è giusta per il numero di persone che ci accedono e in ogni caso ci sono le fasce orarie che permettono di gestire gli afflussi. L'abbiamo trovata anch'essa molto tranquilla e rilassante. La colazione è eccellente, sia dolce che salata con ampia scelta e prodotti locali. Il servizio è eccellente in ogni ambito della struttura, le camere sono essenziali ma bisogna anche considerare il contesto bucolico in cui la struttura è immersa. Quello che estenderei è la possibilità agli ospiti di rimanere tutta la giornata in struttura il giorno della partenza, a valle del check-out. Sarebbe un servizio apprezzabile per gli ospiti non dover ripartire all'ora di pranzo ma continuare a usufuire della piscina anche nel pomeriggio e poi ripartire.

Resort molto bello inserito in un contesto naturale magnifico. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina esterna e del centro benessere anche con dei massaggi fatti molto bene. Belle e comode le camere. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.

Piscine piccolissime e idromassaggi nn funzionanti.
Persolale eccellente,le camere poco confortevoli. Nel bagno la cabina doccia mancava di vetrata, ovviamente dopo la doccia c’era un disastro! Il cibo è ottimo ma molto caro. Nn ci ritornerei! Troppo caro per quello che offre

Questa review è relativa ad un voucher daily Spa che mi è stato regalato. È da dire che quando è stato comprato sono state elencate tutti i limiti all’utilizzo , ma quello che vorrei sottolineare è la poca flessibilità da parte della struttura nell’ intercettare e soddisfare le esigenze della propria clientela , che porta inevitabilmente a valutare il servizio nella sua interezza non in modo positivo. -Validità 6 mesi con impossibilità di estensione. -Dal Lunedì al Giovedì -Esclusi Venerdi Sabato Domenica e festivi
