The stay was disappointing as we had no water on the first night and the second day no hot water. We request a full refund of the stay, as this are the most basic services to be provided at a hotel. Looking forward to a resolution at your earliest. Regards, Nicolas

Personal muy atento desde los primeros momentos de la organizacion del evento. Se encargaron de todas las necesidades de las 40 personas que nos hospedamos durante el fin de semana, tanto niños, adolencentes y personas mayores. La cena y los desayunos fueron espectaculares y a precios que son dificiles de encontrar hoy en dia

Fantástica atención por parte del personal, y un hotel con mucho encanto y solera. Muy cerca del Monasterio de San Lorenzo, y en el centro del pueblo. Una cafetería muy bonita, el mejor chocolate con picatostes de la Sierra. Seguro que repetiremos.

Un hotelito clásico y cómodo. Muy recomendable para disfrutar una escapada de fin de semana. Nos gustaron mucho las vistas desde la habitación doble superior. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy atento. Repetiremos sin duda si tenemos oportunidad.

Yo no conozco el hotel, pero voy a menudo a comer al restaurante Miranda Suizo porque vivo en San Lorenzo. Me encanta tomarme un chocolate con picatostes en el café y a comer en la zona acristalada que es una preciosidad. El café es un sitio pintoresco de principios del diez y nueve y es un imprescindible de San Lorenzo. Los camareros son muy amables y no me parece nada caro. Mi hermana pasó una semana en el hotel el año pasado porque exponía una colección de pintura en la sala de cultura que hay enfrente y estaba encantada. Yo hago más uso del café y el restaurante. En el café puedes pedir tanto para desayunar como para comer si no quieres pasar a la zona de restaurante propiamente dicho. Han debido cambiar el cocinero y ha sido para mejor. Lo único que les pediría sería más oferta para vegetarianos (aunque la hamburgesa vegana está muy buena) por lo demás me parece un café único de los que ya no quedan y a todo turista que me pregunta les recomiendo dos sitios, uno de los cuales es el Miranda Suizo .

Me encanta el Hotel, la Cafetería, el Restaurante... ¡todo! El equipo una maravilla. Siempre que voy me atienden de maravilla... los chicos del equipo de sala son geniales... y la recepción muy amable. Los chocolates con picatostes son un "must" de San Lorenzo de El Escorial
