Hotel bien situado, centrico y con habitaciones aceptables aunque tienen los armarios abiertos no muy practicos, limpio y comodo su punto flojo el personal poco profesional y nada atentos, imposible cambiar un postre pues no tenias fruta, la comida desastrosa ejemplo de un dia 1er plato un trozo tortilla de patata, 2º plato almondigas que parecian de bote ..

Comida malísima no he estado en sitio peor. Terminamos intoxicados y con gastroenteritis. Cuarto de baño necesita reforma. Mala accesibilidad, escaleras para bajar a baños y comedor. No volvería a este hotel ni regalado. Poco personal y poca profesionalidad.

Sinceramente, todo lo relacionado con este hotel estuvo mal, excepto las camas, que eran muy cómodas. Las paredes son de papel y se puede escuchar a los vecinos absolutamente todo. La señora de la limpieza a las 9:00 abrió la puerta y nos dijo que le habían dicho que ya habíamos salido. El checkout era a las 12. No solo nos despertó, invadió nuestra intimidad y se puso a conversar con nosotros sobre lo que le habían dicho, estando nosotros aun en la cama, en vez de disculp**** y salir. No, no se disculpó en ningún momento. Por último el restaurante... Si quieres comer allí lleva almax, porque si no serás incapaz de dormir. Comida muy grasienta y el servicio, aunque atento, deja bastante que desear.

He estado aquí alojada en diferentes ocasiones por motivos de trabajo y en general el hotel está muy bien, sobre todo su personal es un encanto. 📍 La ubicación es muy buena, junto al monasterio, a cinco minutos de la estación de autobuses y en zona de ambiente de los fines de semana. 🛏️ Habitación es pequeña pero acogedora. La cama es muy amplia y cómoda, tiene calefacción regulable. Lo que no me gustó fue el armario abierto, por lo demás está bien acondicionada. 🚽 Se nota en el baño que el hotel es antiguo, pero está bien, muy limpio. 🥗 La comida de la zona restaurante y cafetería está buena y tienen desayunos bastante completos. 📡 Conexión WiFi gratuita en todo el hotel. 👨🏻💼👩🏻💼 Personal muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante.

Justo en el centro,muy buena ubicación. Habitación triple con vistas al monasterio del Escorial. Limpieza floja en el baño. Por lo demás es bonito, camas cómodas y grandes.Hay una bañera hidromasaje pero no la he usado.

Es un hotel muy antiguo, le hace falta una reforma.
Las camas muy comodas y todo muy limpio pero muy antiguo y desgastado.
El hotel huele mucho al asador que hay justo al lado.
Yo creo que le sobra una estrella.
