Best Western Plus Royal Oak Hotel

Excellent location for travelers flying in and out of SBP airport. Rooms are clean and spacious and the 24hr reception is a plus for those red eye flights. There is a supermarket across the road (Ralph’s) for last minute purchases.

Trip dot.com vertical card was denied so I was charged and when I called the hotel and I asked why they said they would call trip.com and ask about it. I asked if I would get a call back and was told “NO, I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO.” VERY RUDE!!!!!!!

Excellent location. Close to freeway as well as restaurants. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.

They provided a separate gluten free area. Which included a waffle maker using only gluten free product and a nice selection of items to make eating breakfast safer for an enjoyable for a illness free trip. GREAT IDEA! Thank you.

Quiet and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Steven at the front desk was awesome in helping us changing the room type. Great place in the middle of the city with many restaurants nearby as well as an electric car charger on the property and supercharger walking distance.

This hotel is beautiful! The pool area looks like a resort! Our room was clean and quiet which is all we could ask for. Laurie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and really went out of her way to welcome us. Excellent hotel all around!

This property is wonderful for the price point and location. Just over the bridge from downtown and across the street from a great shopping centre with anything you might need. The breakfast is always great and kept plentiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I've stayed here several times and never experienced a problem. Parking is good, safe. Lots of lights to ensure safety. Pool and hot tub are clean and actually rarely used. The only drawback is that not all the rooms are interior hallways and that would really be disappointing to me to get one of those rooms. Plus, some of the rooms are on a 2nd floor with no elevator. I forget that I have to request that since stairs are difficult for me. But overall, this property is wonderful.

This is a convenient property off the 101, so good freeway access. This was important since we visited other areas close by. The rooms were perfect for my husband and daughter with our two queen beds. And the room was only clean the first day since you have to request room service which we were not aware of when we checked in. They have a good free breakfast with hot and cold food.
