Stayed here during our honeymoon on a California road trip. We arrived early and our room wasn’t available but we received a complimentary room upgrade. Comfortable, quaint and relaxing room with a cosy fireplace fixture and a huge bed. We loved the decor and the small touches. Enormous en suite bathroom with great fittings and boutique complimentary soaps and shower gels. We loved the fresh coffee and scones delivered and hung on our door handle in the morning - this is a great touch! We would heavily recommend this to anyone staying in the area - 15 minute walk to downtown and really close to the highway to get in and out easily. Shout out to Bryce for greeting us and being so polite and kind on check in.

Do not stay in a downstairs room. Lots of footsteps and shower noise from the room above. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathroom is huge. The fireplace was a nice addition. But there was one luggage rack, one chair and no other place to set your luggage. No table, no desk and no ledge. Makes for an inconvenient place to stay for a couple. I will not stay here again.

Great stay in a large + beautiful room with a fireplace! A lot of newly renovated hotels use cheap materials and take shortcuts. Not here - very nice furnishings and materials with a great style. Friendly staff with personal service. Coffee and scone on doorstep in the morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and calm modern decor, and fantastic amenities including Aesop body products and morning baked goods and coffee. They even had a gluten free muffin for me! Delicious! This was my 2nd stay and I’ll definitely be back. Great for style enthusiasts and anyone not excited about budget or chain hotels.

Absolutely love San Luis Creek Lodge! This is my “must stay” place when visiting SLO! The hospitality is top notch and the room are airy and cozy! I love the rooms with the fireplace. Fantastic boutique Inn! Highly recommended! I must include a special shout out for the wonderful staff. They were kind and helpful! You can tell they are well trained and enjoy their job! Reflection of great hotel management!

This was a great hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend even though we live in the area. The room was relaxing and very comfy. It was quiet. The scones and coffee in the morning delivered to our door was a great touch. Highly recommend this cute, boutique hotel.
