Hotel has construction going on one side. Limited parking. Very noisy at day time. Our room was horrible with lots is issues. The hairdryer did not work, our shower was broken and the head did to stay in place and our TV did not work. We complained to the night clerk and he tried to reset the TV but it still did not work. We told the morning front desk manager and she said the management would get back to us and credit us for the issues we had. Sent two messages to the hotel but no reply. Managment doesn’t care about guests. Do not stay in the hotel!

There was a lightbulb missing in every room. The pictures were dark. It was a very dark room. There was no curtain liner to let in outside light, only the dark curtain. The doors and door knobs were dirty. The floor was OK, but there was trash under the beds. The headboard was not connected to the bed and the box spring was torn with a huge hole dragging on the floor. The hotel room did not match the online pictures. The windows did not have screens. The first room we were assigned to had a broken security lock on the door. Once we moved to the second room, there were several electrical outlets that did not work. The breakfast was very basic. There were only 2 hot items: sausages, and the make your own waffle station. Instant oatmeal was available in a cup where you add your own hot water. The only redeeming quality about the hotel was that the AC heating unit was very very quiet, and the complimentary soaps seem to be quite good.

Do NOT stay here!! I would give this hotel a ZERO if I could. This property is under heavy construction and should be closed until construction is finished. The property is so run down and the rooms are dirty and broken. The entire parking lot was taken up by construction vehicles. Most of the guest rooms had boarded up windows. My room had no toilet paper, horrible static on the phone line, broken tv, dark and dirty. A construction worker entered my room without my permission, while I was in the room. I rarely write reviews, but this was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. This hotel was $300 per night! Criminal really. It might be nice after construction is done but definitely DO NOT book right now.

The staff was pleasant and efficient, the Rooms were clean and bed was super comfy! The free breakfast was a lot more than I expected,or have gotten at other places.
