el hotel en general esta bien, limpio, comodo e instalaciones optimas. pero que no funcione el aire acondicionado de ninguna habitacion en mayo y que nadie le pudiera dar solucion es fatal. ***el otro tema es laboral, no es posible que lleve una semana pidiendo mi factura de la estancia y no la hayan emitido, en recepcion inclusive me comunicaron a contabilidad y no me quisieron atender, es patetico que algo tan sencillo no lo puedan hacer, solo digan que hoy se realizara y nada, este tema si es de burla e incapacidad laboral***
