En general todo estuvo bien (servicio, limpieza, habitaciones, ubicación, etc) pero la alberca estaba helada y nadie se podía meter.
Reserve este hotel porque se veía agradable la alberca y según era climatizada, pero ni los pies pude meter.

Todo estuvo casi excelente, menos un detalle con el Room Service. Pedí un club sandwich, que ya pintaba para ser el más caro de mi vida, pero en el papel se veía bueno. Cuando llegó, en realidad era incomible. Pan aguado, hecho al aventón, sin los ingredientes que llevaba, etc. Lo regresé y me lo cambiaron por una pizza que, a comparación del anterior producto, era magistral, pero que aún así estaba bastante malita. Si pueden, mejor coman fuera del hotel.
