Muy mal servicio. Sucio. Viejo el teléfono no servía. Tampoco servía el aire acondicionado. El check in tardó más de una hora. Por personal sin capacitación. O como dijeron ellos en capacitación. Para atender a varias personas a la vez Los alimentos echados a perder. Los jugos pasados. El pan duro de varios días

Cada año el mismo problema con ac y no hubo respuesta satisfactorios a resto familiar los mudaron a otro hotel a la 1am increíble pero así fue
