The rooms have always been very clean in the past but the floors were dirty when we first checked in & were never cleaned throughout visit.

My window would not lock Did not like that people came
In out of the parking lot w/0 passes on the dashboard. Did get moved to a room where window locked. But didn’t feel safe after moving to 3
