Very surprised to get a reservation so late. We selected a first floor room which is usually noisy, but the rooms were a good distance from the lobby. There were meeting rooms between. Bed was comfy, room was large and clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Breakfast area was kept very clean. Real dishes instead of paper and plastic.

1. Positives: Well-appointed rooms in a new hotel. Welcoming front-desk. Good house-keeping staff.
2. Negatives: 1. Highway traffic noise 2. Funky room layout. It looks great and is very functional. However, the bathroom sink is located near the bed. If you use the sink at night, it will wake up the person sleeping in the bed.

no hot water upon check in
was not informed of the situation until hours later when i went to take a shower.
called the desk to report no hot water and this is when i was told about the hot water not working at the moment. i was told that maintenance was currently working on it.
